If you are reading this you are probably holding a Jimmy Chews half baked and uncut pizza.


We are positive you will enjoy it, and thank you for choosing Jimmy Chews.

We have a few cooking tips we would like to share.

 Whether you are at home, at the cottage, on the boat, camping or glamping, we have some tips to ensure your pizza is cooked perfect.

Not all ovens are the same, actual temperatures can vary substantially. Our standard cooking instructions are based on a convection setting of 500 degrees Fahrenheit. If your oven doesn't have convection or cannot reach 500 degrees a few more minutes may be needed. It is a great idea to put your pan or pizza stone in the oven as it is preheating.

OK here is the holy grail...BBQ!

Summer is grill season, for some it's year round.

Jimmy's on the grill is killer. Fire up half your bbq really hot. Place you pie on the cool side for 8 minutes or so and the move to the hot side for 2 to 3 minutes. Awesome!

My Honey's Hot
House made double fennel spicy sausage, premium mozzarella, red onion, jalapeno, local honey.


Sgt. Peppers
Jimmy's red sauce, premium mozzarella, and a ton of Ezzo curl and cup pepperoni.
   Pro tip: add fresh basil and a drizzle of honey after cooking


Hand carved dry cured ham, fresh cut pineapple, Jimmy’s red sauce, premium mozzarella.


Red peppers, grape tomato, red onion, Jimmy’s red sauce, premium mozzarella. Topped with fresh arugula.
   Pro tip: remove arugula before cooking and toss back on afterward


Pepperoni, bacon, mushroom, Jimmy’s red sauce, premium mozzarella.


The Meat Lover
Pepperoni, dry cured ham, house bacon, spicy sausage, Jimmy’s red sauce, lots of mozzarella.


Hot Hawaiian
Hand carved dry cured ham, fresh cut pineapple, fresh cut jalapeno, Jimmy’s red sauce, premium mozzarella.


The Big Cheese
The three cheeser, premium mozzarella, parmigiano and fresh mozzarella.
   Pro tip: add dry or fresh red chilis after cooking
